The issue is not with the system, it’s how the elements of system work. The way our bureaucracy worked ,the way they paved path for corruption ,for discrimination, discrepancies is what worsening the situation. Even if new provinces constituted nd mindset of bureaucracy remained same nothing will change.
Sindhi need to be divided into 3 provinces. Karachi, Hyderabad and Mirpur khass one province , Benaziabad, khair pur Dadu second province and larkana and Sukkur third province , these provinces will be easy to manage and sarkar language will be sindhi.
The idea is good, but the problem is that these political people often lack the ability to actually run a government.
Hope this will be good for People of Pakistan.
New provinces should be seen as an administrative reform, not a division of Pakistan. If planned fairly, they can bring governance, development, and decision-making closer to the people.
